Description

My art trade to gerugeon :icongerugeon: for her amazing work on my cover to Chapter 5 of Golden Sky Hero. Golden Sky Hero ~ Chapter 5 Cover by The-Quill-Warrior

This involves her purple robot; Lilac, being hit on by her robot butler; George, with her being clueless as to what's going on. Also this scene is set in a 50's diner, because these characters seem to have a trend of being related to restaurant service. She's got great characters though. All very creative and examples of a great character designer! ^^
Hence why I went the extra mile form her instructions to add more of her characters, just to make the place feel more lively. These are Minty; the green-haired girl on the far left. Thea; the flower-headed girl in the back. And Ypitz; the amphibian chef on the far right.
I also felt like being a bit experimental with the shading by trying to be more loose and playing with certain brushes and opacities. Can't say I like the result, but I still managed to make it proper and presentable to show my gratitude to gerugeon's :icongerugeon: hard effort on my cover.

More commissions to come! ;)

Wow, I couldn't be more pleased with the result! I really appreciate the fact that you went the extra mile to create a nice environment with even more characters than I had asked initially. They all look superb and very well characterized! Also, I could see that you tried to experiment with different brushes and shading; even though you're not totally satisfied with it, I think it looks great, and it shows that you're willing to go out of your comfort zone to test new skills. That is admirable!
