The logo for the 3rd / 4th level in Sonic Blast; Blue Marine.
This one's pretty strange, I'll admit, but it's based entirely on the architecture of the level itself.
The lettering is Greek, to represent the Stone Pillars scattered throughout the level that are of the same architecture.
And their pipes interspersed in most of the letters to represent the numerous pipes throughout the level.
And it's blue, 'cus Blue Marine is blue.
Simple one, but simplicity usually works the best.
