Stop 'n' Swop

Description

This is my piece for the summer project I got from uni. The topic was "Urban Myths and Legends".
Rather than go for an urban legend in real life, I've went for one in video games, because there are quite a lot of legends and rumours that are born from discoveries or lost promises.

In this case, I decided to illustrate the infamous Stop 'n' Swop fiasco from the Banjo-Kazooie games.
I didn't really want to do any of the scary urban legends because that's just not my cup of tea.

Now that I've got the summer project out of the way, the production of the comic can resume! Yay! ^o^/

I have a story to caption the top left picture: one moment, Banjo and Kazooie entered the Treasure Trove Cove and they found a colorful bucket named Leaky who had a hole in the bottom. He asked them to patch him up and they did. After that, the bucket emptied the water allowing the bear and the bird to enter the Sandcastle. And this, with the Beak Buster, they typed, "CHEAT OUT OF THE SEA IT RISES TO REVEAL MORE SECRET PRIZES" resulting in the Sharkfood Island to become bigger as it rose revealing its entrance. Just as the heroic duo went inside, they took the Shock Jump Pad and climbed the giant tree trunk until, they found the Pink Mystery Egg. "Look, Banjo," said Kazooie as she pointed to it accidentally yanking Banjo on the hair. "there's an egg that Mumbo showed us. I'm really excited we found it! Can we get it?" "Well, Kazooie," strained the bear. "we probably might." And if I had been playing them and I had them reach it, it'll prove that this egg had been taken. Clearly, I've done it once.
